Car Credit Hero is a division of Lauria Pontiac Buick GMC Ltd., the terms, conditions and privacy policy outlined on this page apply to both Car Credit Hero and Lauria Pontiac Buick GMC Ltd., which are collectively referred to as Car Credit Hero for the entire duration of your stay on www.carcredithero.com. By accessing CarCreditHero.com and by checking
the “Terms and Conditions” Box off, you agree to the following:
- If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please do not
use this Site or fill out any forms. If at any time during your use of
this Site you disagree with our Terms and Conditions, kindly cease to
use this Site. Car Credit Hero recommends that you save or make a copy
of these Terms and Conditions for your records before using this Site.
- You agree that all of the personal information provided to Car Credit
Hero on both the online Credit Application and with any of the certified
Car Credit Hero staff, may be used and disclosed by Car Credit Hero and/or
its agents and service providers (collectively “Car Credit Hero”)
as necessary to obtain credit, financial and other necessary (related)
personal information (including credit and consumer information reports)
about you from any credit bureau or credit reporting agency, and to advise
you on credit availability in conjunction with vehicle purchase and financing.
- All personal information you provide, including credit information
obtained by Car Credit Hero and its agents may be retained by Car Credit
Hero and used during the process of obtaining financing.
- All information provided is accurate and of your own person. You understand
that any false information provided to our agents is a direct result
of you providing inaccurate or false information to Car Credit Hero.
You, as the provider of this information take full legal responsibility
for its validity.
- Your intent, by reading our Terms and Conditions, visiting this site
and by choosing to agree (checking the box) is to apply for credit through
Car Credit Hero.
- All Credit Applications processed are subject to the receiving
financial institutions own terms and conditions. Car Credit Hero and
its lending partners reserve the right to refuse any business, customer or
credit application that they choose to.
Guaranteed Credit Card
- The Guaranteed Credit Card service offered is provided by a 3rd Party
Financial Institution. Car Credit Hero does not guarantee a credit card
or eligibility for one. Car Credit Hero merely connects our customers
to the finance institutions providing Guaranteed Credit Card services.
- Car Credit Hero obtains auto financing for consumers and only offers
access to Guaranteed Credit Cards when they finance a new or used auto
loan. This offer is meant to work with an auto loan to help repair or
establish credit.
- Guaranteed Credit Cards offered by our preferred lenders sometimes
require a Security deposit.
Privacy Policy
All information provided by you will
be communicated to Car Credit Hero and its agents in a secure and private
fashion. Car Credit Hero will not disclose any information to individuals
or companies that are not directly related to securing you auto financing
and Car Credit Hero, if they choose to retain this information will keep
it secure and private. Any information discarded will be done so in a
secure and private fashion.
